Admin Assistant Wanted!

We’re currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant. The role would include;

To carry out finance, bookings and administration duties.

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least two years relevant work experience.

  • A good general standard of education.

  • An ability to process work with a high level of attention to detail, good knowledge of record keeping, and good interpersonal skills and initiative.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft systems, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook essential. Knowledge of a CRM system is an advantage.

  • Experience of financial/book-keeping administration. Financial training and/or experience of using a computerised online accounts package is an advantage.

  • A flexible approach to the work environment of a community centre.

This post is 39 hours per week including breaks within the office, generally over Monday to Friday. This is an equal opportunities post.
